The modern tower was designed by Moore Yasky Sivan - MYS Architects, the biggest architectural firm in Israel.

The tower has 20 office floors, a trade floor and a 4-level underground parking lot with a total area of 30,000 square meters.

A typical office floor is 1,008 square meters in size.
•    Decorated floor lobbies – each floor has a floor lobby designed according to the main lobby.
•    Floor entrances and a reinforced security room – each floor has 4 entrances and an attached reinforced security room.
•    Adjustment to the renters' needs – the areas are adaptable to the renters' needs. The floor is rented as an empty area that allows the renters to design and plan the offices according to specific needs.
•    Smart destination elevators – each floor has 5 smart and elegant Mitsubishi destination elevators (and 2 separate elevators for the underground parking lot).
